Ecstatic Dance Meditation

Ecstatic Dance Meditation is a Vibrant and Powerful Journey to Reconnect with Your(Inner)Self using Ecstatic Dance and Active Meditation before moving easily into a Peaceful Space of Stillness and  Silence. Beginners Welcome.

This free-flowing fusion of Ecstatic Dance and Active  Meditation is designed to free you from your mind, allow you to connect with your emotions and refresh your soul. In a beautiful space, lit by candles, you are gently guided to explore yourself and your emotions through dance and active meditation whilst supported by the energy of the group.

By using a wide variety of music (including occasionally 'no-music') you can connect with a whole range of emotions,  building up energy until you completely let-go, and gently flow into a  meditative space of Stillness and Silence.

Facilitator
Ankur is an experienced Spiritual Coach and Facilitator focussed on enabling others to discover their True Self via meditation and intensive, experiential work. More about Ankur.

Venue
The venue is Tulip Studio, 9 Park Hill, Clapham, London SW4 9NS, a lovely venue just 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube (Northern Line, Zone 2). More about the venue.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels an Ecstatic Dance Meditation more than 3 days before the start date of the event, then the money will be refunded in full. If a participant cancels a workshop less than 3 days before the start date of the event a refund cannot be given.
