Living in the Moment
‘The present moment is all you ever have’
From
’The Power of Now’ by Eckhart Tolle
Everything that has happened or will ever happen to
you happens in the present moment. Despite this, most of us are almost totally concerned with the past and the future to the exclusion of ’the Now’.
By allowing our minds to take over and indulge in the past and future, our minds create suffering and fear. Because of this we have lost connection with the inner
qualities of peace, love and joy that most of us want in our lives.
By reconnecting with the present moment you can:
- Take back control from your mind and become more deeply aware of you!
- Replace mind created suffering from the past, and fear about the future, with inner peace, love and joy.
- Achieve liberation. By letting go of thought and
going deeply into the present moment you regain awareness of yourself and ultimately can experience enlightenment.
In this practical and experiential 1-day workshop you will:
- Learn what living in the moment is really about
- Discover different ways of accessing the present moment
- Experience being in the present moment
- Recognise and start to overcome the barriers to being in the present moment
- Enjoy the benefits of being in the moment
- Practice a range of techniques that will enable you to access the present moment in your everyday life.
And so bring the inner qualities of peace, joy and love more into your life.
