A Powerful and Fun Connection to Yourself and Others

In this gender-balanced experiential Tantra workshop you can explore deeper within yourself by relating to the opposite sex in new and playful ways.

In an open, honest and safe space we will start by exploring our own barriers and boundaries to intimacy, and experience how it feels to open up and connect with the opposite sex. As we build understanding and confidence with a variety of partners, we will use energy and breath to create, experience and enjoy deeper connections...

This is not just a fun and lively workshop, it is a safe space for you to explore yourself more deeply with the help of others in the group. By playfully and honestly expressing yourself, you can recognise and let go of fears, misconceptions and constraints. And as you open yourself to new dimensions of intimacy and understand yourself more deeply, you can start to move towards the relationship you want.

This is a gender-balanced workshop aimed at individuals. Working with the opposite sex forms an important part of this workshop.

This workshop is suitable for beginners to Tantra - you simply need to be open and willing to explore. For some it may be an emotional experience. There is no nudity in this workshop.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels a workshop more than 7 days before the start date of the workshop, then the money will be refunded less a £10 fee to cover administration and costs. Alternatively they may transfer the amount paid to a different School of Awareness workshop, subject to the facilitator’s agreement and places being available. If a participant cancels a workshop less than 7 days before the start date of the workshop a refund cannot be given, though a transfer will be allowed if the cancelled place is filled.
